Geoethical problems and initial exploration information
The
initial information on deposits is one
of the bases for the administrative solutions acceptation in the field of
mineral resources base development. This results in many irreversible processes (both positive and negative) in
the field of environmental ecology, economical development of territories and
social development of human populations on these territories. However veracity
and reliability of the given information depends on a complex of the unguided
factors:
* Geological information, which is
probabilistic by its character, cannot be tested or doubled because of natural
and economical reasons.
* The given information completely depends on the human factor, i.e. from professional and intellectual qualities of the particular people, and also from principles of organization and payment of their transactions.
* In the geological economical models creation
on its base, from which in many cases the received solutions depend, the human
factor also has the large influence.
All
above set up serious geoethical problems.
However
it is possible to lower the human factor influence on veracity and reliability
of the input information by making operating creation of the electronic
database obligatory during any explorations, with its mathematical check on
appreciable errors; stepped multivariate geological economical computer
simulation during the field work, delivery of the electronic version of the
exploration documents on an object to the experts for its multivariate
reassessment at acceptation of relevant for the society solutions.
