The
ways to and perspectives
of
the rational use of mineral resources
The interests for
scientifically based rational use of the earth and of its resources predetermine
the necessity to focus the efforts on clearing up:
-
conditions for preparations of developing mineral resources basis of
countries in the world,
-
experience with exploitation in countries with progressive mining
industry, maximally disclosing geological values of ore deposits,
-
consistent (consecutive) analysis of prospecting oriented to estimate
potential exploitation possibilities.
The analysis should be oriented to both perfection and
development of existing exploration systems and on trends determining the most
effective systems that make it possible to intensify possibilities of planning
final goals for any real situation. The ways and perspectives of a sustainable
development of countries in the world community seem to be a general problem for
ensuring a high quality of the natural environment in various aspects of its
display permitting to clear up contents, sense and interests that have
determined social responsibility of Earth sciences representatives.
The interests for the sustainable development of countries in
the world community have to be determined under both subjective and objective
criteria of development in time units ensured from the point of view of
tactical and strategic planning of goals. By this way it is unavoidable to consider
strategic planning of goals as both floating and long term moments. They
correspond to the interests of economic, social and ecological welfare in
continuous uninterrupted situation. This situation is becoming more and more
complicated in countries of the international economic community where natural
resources are used both intensively and purposefully.
The contemporaneous life needs new approaches showing
flexibility in the policy of interests and values orientations – devoted to
secrets of values scales that make the nations in countries of the world
community different and what has to determine ways and perspectives of
exploitation of mineral resources. Therefore the efforts of geoethics – i.e.
our own efforts – have to be oriented toward a control of developing regional
strategic planning of goals in the world economics, influx of capital and
investments, export and import of high tech production as well as personal
policy by ensuring high technology for science, production and culture and by
determining the motion in international economic relations.
A very serious role is assigned to the informatics field of
effectiveness of the mineral resources use. It consists in a motion: where to
move, who is determining the motion, how is it modified, what will prevail and
what is determining market forces of the raw materials corresponding to
technical possibilities of countries in the international economic community.
In our views for assuring a reasonable action it is necessary
at the same time to examine international markets of raw materials emphasizing
geoethics where actual problems of incorporating effective ways and systems of
industrial exploitation of ore deposits in a given time régime are taken into
consideration. This seems to be a serious factor for mastering enrichment
processes, chemical and metallurgical as well as electrometallurgical
distribution corresponding to the mining processes and parameters. The final
goal is to be seen in determining floats of mineral raw materials ensuring
continuous improvement of technical and economic indices in geological and
mining processes becoming uninterruptedly more and more difficult.
The collection and treatment of input data and materials
should be followed by the evaluation based on the geometry of respective
mineral resources. The input data and materials should concern the distribution
of useful components and of their physical and mechanical properties in the ore
body (observed completely and reliably), using geo-chemical methods for
identifying gaseous – fluid inclusions and other types of raw materials and
geochemical hallos. This is unavoidable for evaluating specificities of
applying and using self-propelled technical equipment. Such an approach opens
the possibilities to the most effective technology for exploitation of the
deposit. This has to correspond to the specific character of the technological
mapping system increasing quality of underground exploitation, i.e. the most
reasonable functioning of the mines that corresponds to the needs for planning
final goals. In this context the system properties become stronger by taking
into consideration new possibilities of technological mapping determining
geological as well as industrial and technical values of individual deposits in
both national and international interests of countries in the world community.
The greatest interest in the world exploitation of mineral
reserves is presented by exploitation systems in which specificities of a
self-propelled technical equipment correspond to the concept of reasonable
sufficiency taking into account variability in the distribution of useful
components in the ore body, their physical and mechanical properties and
enrichment possibilities. Such needs can be fulfilled by an exploitation system
with a wood pavement output of the ore where potential ecological, industrial
and technological values of the ore are maximally disclosed.
Systems with the wood pavement output of the ore, their real
and potential possibilities are founded in a flexible operative control system
that is characterized by:

technological processes and parameters in conditions of the given time
operatively controlling the raw materials quality,
-
loading and delivery of ore by self-propelled engines in conditions of
the given time,
-
estimating a choice of the most effective technological solutions for
realizing reliable and long term planning.
This makes it possible to pass on geological and technological
mapping and to choose the most effective orientation for planning goals for
reasonable functioning of ore mines at any given time moment taking into
consideration needs and possibilities of future generations.
